Service

A service is a configuration defining how correction sources are provided to the end users. It can be geofenced using a Service zone. It is an analogy to the Mountpoint.

There are various types of services namely:

  • Single stream service always provides data from a one selected stream. Does not need to be linked to a reference station.

  • Nearest service always selects the nearest reference station to the Device. The reference station filter is based on stream labels. The nearest station must be closer than 100km for the service to operate.

  • Proxy service is a type of Glopos service which after successful authorization of a Device (Rover) forwards corrections data from the external engine to the Device.

  • Multiservice encapsulates multiple (sub)services and selects one based on the device position.
