Welcome to Glopos!
You’ve just received an email with the link to setup your password to finalize your user account as a Reseller Administrator. Once the password is set, log on into the Glopos portal.
You can view list of Plans which your provider has authorized you to sell. There are two main categories of Plans:
Please see the vocabulary section for an in-depth explanation of the various features or click the hyperlinks above for specific definitions.
Plans Cost and Price have different meanings. Whereas Cost is the purchase cost i.e. the amount a Reseller has to pay to his provider, Price is the selling price i.e. the amount Clients will pay you the Reseller. The Price is set by the Reseller, and can be in different currencies while the Cost is set by the Provider.
Plans have different availabilities
Newly authorized plans have Availability set to Not for sale when you create the plan. You will need to change the value to public or private before clients will be able to use it.
Reseller can customize the plans to fit its business model.
Clients are your customers with Devices. Client is typically a company.
Client can be Authorized or Unauthorized:
Please see Subscription lifecycle
Please see How to create clients
Client can have multiple administrators, who after login to the Glopos portal get limited view. Client administrators can:
Devices (rovers) are consumers of the corrections. Your Client can have unlimited number of devices. Each device has a unique NTRIP credentials for the authentication.
Please see How to create device
To allow device to consume corrections you have to:
You can assign any of the Subscription plan with Availability public or private. Select a start date. You can create multiple subsequent instances of the subscription plan, or an auto renew subscription. As subscription plan can be linked with multiple Services, users can select over the Glopos portal which Service should be provided. This is analogy to changing Mountpoint.
Device can be assigned a credit service. Assuming the Client has positive credit balance, the device can start consuming corrections.
Device can have assigned subscription and credit service simultaneously. In this scenario, if a subscription is valid, it has higher priority over credit service in the service selection (i.e. the Device will consume subscription rather than credit service).
Subscriptions are owned by Client. Subscription can be Assigned to a Device or it can be Unassigned. Clients have Plans inventory listing all their purchased Plans including those which are not assigned to any Device.
Reseller can create multiple identical subscriptions with selected Start Date which will be inserted into Client’s inventory as Unassigned. Subscriptions will be automatically Granted and listed in a Client reports as sold to Client. Subscription must be assigned to a Device in order to consume services. Assignment to the Device can be done by Reseller or Client.
It is possible to unassign a subscription from a Device. Unassigned subscription goes to the Inventory. From there it can be assigned to any Device again.
Use this view to see Plans the Clients have purchased (set to granted) in the selected time range. This view also allows you to see the sold plans, total income in a table view or chart diagram.

If your version has enabled Re-Resellers feature, you can create Resellers under you. This view is to manage your hierarchy of Resellers.
