Nearest service

Nearest service always selects the corrections stream from the nearest reference station to the device. The reference station filter is based on stream labels, which can be combined as "or" operation. Nearest service without label uses all valid stations/streams. The nearest station must be closer than 100km for the service to operate.

Notes:

• all streams within the nearest service must have identical reference frame.
• stream not associated with a reference station cannot be used in the nearest service, as they lack position information.
