NTRIP Client

NTRIP Client can connect to the NTRIP Caster and requests data.

There are two use cases:

1. Glopos internal NTRIP Clients connect to the external NTRIP Casters representing the external corrections source such as reference station.
2. Device NTRIP Clients connect to the Glopos NTRIP Caster to consume corrections.
