NTRIP Caster accepts requests and streams data to the NTRIP Clients. External NTRIP Casters are embedded in corrections sources such as reference station or VRS engine and are one way of connecting external corrections sources with Glopos.
In the Glopos the external NTRIP caster is represented as engine and to access it Glopos acts as NTRIP Client. Glopos connects to the NTRIP Caster by selecting Engine (hostname, port), authenticate using username + password, and selecting a corrections stream by specifying mountpoint.
To configure NTRIP Caster corrections stream create/select engine and provide NTRIP username + password + mountpoint.
