Availability defines who can create new plan instance. There are different availabilities:
Not for sale - Not available for sale, new plans instances cannot be created. Ongoing subscriptions are not affected.Public - Both solution or resellers users as providers and client users as consumers can instantiate the plan to the client's device.Private- Only providers can instantiate the plan.Note: see subscription lifecycle to understand the state of a newly created subscription depending on the start date and whether the client is authorized or unauthorized.
