Solutions

A Solution is a legal entity that provide correction services. They are also known as Correction service providers. Each solution has administrative users who manage the solutions. They configure corrections sources, defines offered services and plans, and manage Clients with Devices to whom they sell subscriptions and credits

Roles include:

• setup and keep the corrections sources healthy
• define services
• define plans
• manage resellers and authorize them to sell plans
• manage clients
• manage subsolutions
• sell plans to client's devices
• troubleshoot device sessions
• manage user accounts to manage solution
