Device is the corrections consumer. They are also called rovers. Each device in the system has unique NTRIP user name used to authenticate itself on the Glopos' NTRIP caster.
Device obtains the corrections by connecting to a centralized server called NTRIP caster. If the device has valid plan and is successfully authenticated, the NTRIP caster initiates a session when a stream of GNSS corrections is sent to the device. Devices can send periodically status messages with their position together with position quality parameters, which are then provided in the session detail.
